Anthony Argenziano - Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Anthony Argenziano is the founder and CEO of iLogon, where he is responsible for the vision and strategic direction of the company. Anthony is focused on building a strong management team, while working the early business development activities, securing funding, leading the functional design of the iLogon application, and advancing the company operations. Based on 20 years of experience, a solid academic background, and a relentless drive for success, Anthony is uniquely qualified to take on this venture. His breadth of knowledge and experience contribute to every challenge faced while building a world class organization.
After 20 years in the Technology industry, with the last 10 years working for startups, Anthony decided to embrace his entrepreneurial spirit and go out on his own to form iLogon. Anthony has worked for companies such as Intel, ImageTag, Artisoft, and several other startups and Fortune 500 organizations. Throughout his career, Anthony has managed hundreds of successful software and technology projects, as well as building and maintaining world class operations. His academic background includes a Management degree from Ottawa University, and more recently an MBA from WP Carey School of Business. His resourcefulness and ambition are key elements of his success, and have contributed to a solid foundation for the launch of iLogon.
Carl Kaiser – Chief Operating Officer
Carl brings to iLogon more than 20 years of experience in the communications, Internet, and technology industries. He is currently the SVP of Delivery Services at Solid State Networks, in addition to his role at iLogon. As Chief Strategy Officer, Carl will help build the business by leveraging his network and experience to bring on major accounts. As a key founding member of the executive team, he will also contribute to the long term strategy and operations.
Prior to joining iLogon, Carl was a founding team member of Limelight Networks, where he was the senior director of strategic alliances. A market veteran of the communications industry, Kaiser is a known expert in the areas of sales, strategy, business development, and client relationship management that has set records and delivered top performer results for Qwest, AT&T and Sprint Communications. He is an established senior executive and co-founder of multiple businesses with measurable performance within the information technologies section, primarily in key leadership roles, operational management, revenue generation and strategic business development. Expert in building high-performance sales and market teams, forming strategic partnerships and alliances, negotiating large contracts and helping companies achieve their goals.
Carl has a proven track record in growing start-ups, mid-market and established companies with thorough practical business and technology experience and knowledge. His background includes multiple successes in taking start-up companies from a regional business to international brands, with triple digit growth year-over-year.
David Fye - Chief Architect
David is the Chief Architect, responsible for the design and development of the iLogon portal solution. David has 15 years of development and architecture experience, and has also worked for technology startups and Fortune 500 companies. His key contribution in the early stages of the iLogon launch is the design of the initial portal solution, with an emphasis on growth and scalability. David has designed and architected many software applications for companies such as ImageTag, GoDaddy, Prudential, and APS Electric.
